The first show in the newly acquired Valiant Arena
took place on April 9, 2007 . Just as business was picking up for the promising independent promotion, Polston decided to sell the company to David Walls, who is now the owner and promoter of the ASWF. ASWF continues to offer quality entertainment and keeps the ideals of running a family show. Nonetheless ASWF has showed proven success in the last ten years and will for another ten.
